# How credits work

Selvette uses one credit wallet for storefront try-on, Studio Create, Live AR, and video.

## Current action costs

| Action                           | Credits |
| -------------------------------- | ------: |
| Image try-on                     |       2 |
| Full-body or on-model generation |       5 |
| Live AR session                  |       1 |
| 360° video or Studio reel        |      15 |

The current costs also appear under **Account → Usage**. Check that screen before a large campaign because the in-product values are the billing source of truth.

## Monthly credits and packs

Recurring plans grant credits each cycle. Purchased credit packs sit on top of that balance.

Selvette spends:

1. monthly credits first; then
2. credit packs, starting with the pack that expires soonest.

Expired pack credits no longer count toward the available balance. A one-time free bundle does not reset.

## Shared balance

Studio Create and every connected store draw from the same wallet. Usage from one storefront reduces the balance available to the others.

Open **Account → Usage** to see credits used, credits left, reset information, action costs, and recent generations.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.selvette.com/credits-and-billing/how-credits-work.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
