# Limit access by store

Store access narrows what an Editor or Viewer can see and change inside an account.

## Set access while inviting

For an Editor or Viewer, choose:

* **All stores** — current and newly connected stores; or
* specific store checkboxes — only those stores.

An Owner always has all-store access.

## Change an active member

1. Open **Members**.
2. Find the member.
3. Select their store-access control.
4. Choose **All stores** or update the selected stores.
5. Select **Save access**.

## What scoping affects

The scope applies to store lists, catalog browsing, Widget configuration, AR products and tuning, Insights, leads, gallery items, and completed jobs.

A member assigned no stores has access to the account but no store data. Add at least one store unless that is intentional.
